Success is a challenge

Success is a challenge it is not easily achieved, that is why not everyone has it. It is good to learn from successful people, to follow their experiences and try. But there is always a gap between what we perceive and what we experience. It is the invisible element that defines success, what people do not see is the failures one after another.
People just notice the end results rather then the huge amount of struggle that brought it out of the darkness and obscurity into the light, from the rose bud to a fully bloomed rose. People see the end results of wealth and power, but fail to see the time and pain it took that made this person achieve what he is now, to start with nothing but a goal in mind and end up with success. To be successful is not an easy task, if it was then everyone would have achieved it by now instead of the few of us that do.  Money cannot buy a persons success, it might buy a fancy car or a huge mansion but to be truly successful you need to sacrifice a lot. There is no better feeling then looking at yourself in the mirror a couple of years from now and telling yourself,” I am the person that I have always wanted to be.”

How to be successful

Like everyone else I have spent a fair amount of time thinking about why some people are so successful in life, and what factors in success are under more personal control than the others? Successful people might be intelligent, or they may have good social upbringings, or they may be naturally energetic, open, and positive. Some good examples of well known success stories of people that I have come up with while reading and watching documentaries throughout the years would be Michael Jordan, Thomas Edison, Eleanor Roosevelt, and last but not least Henry Ford. Some factors of success are making decisions and taking action, doing things even when they do not feel like it, doing one thing at a time, having found a purpose for life, and do not get distracted.

Firstly, making decisions and taking action, successful people make a decision whether it was right or wrong because it is always better to make a decision and taking action then not doing anything at all. As Franklin Roosevelt said:” It is common sense to take a method and try it. If it fails, admit it frankly and try another. But above all, try something.”

Secondly, doing things even when they do not feel like it, a lot of us back down when we do not want to do something, even if it might bring a wonderful experience or a goal, to be successful does not mean you do something if you like it and if not you do not, they do not always like doing some of these things but they have to do them anyways.

Thirdly, they do one thing at a time, they set out many goals but only focus on one until they reach it then and they do the next thing until it is done. By doing so they focus a hundred percent on a single task at a time, which helps them to get it done quicker and better.

Fourthly, they have a purpose in life, it is always about the bigger picture, they set out a huge goal in life which keeps them going on and being motivated while others may get tired or just go on doing something other then what they set for themselves. Successful people love what they do, and when they are on the right track they seem to be more motivated and push harder through life.

Lastly, do not get distracted, when other people get too caught up in their everyday life, and have fun by doing unnecessary things successful people do not, they really focus on actually doing what is important and what needs to be done.

Conclusion, making decisions and taking action, doing things even when they do not feel like it, doing one thing at a time, having found a purpose for life, and do not get distracted, are a couple of steps on how to be a successful person. Some good examples of well known success stories of people that I have come up with while reading and watching documentaries throughout the years would be Michael Jordan, Thomas Edison, Eleanor Roosevelt, and last but not least Henry Ford. Like everyone else I have spent a fair amount of time thinking about why some people are so successful in life, those were the few steps that I have came out with.

"Would you like me to give you a formula for success? It's quite simple, really. Double your rate of failure. You are thinking of failure as the enemy of success. But it isn't at all. You can be discouraged by failure or you can learn from it, So go ahead and make mistakes. Make all you can. Because remember that?s where you will find success."

"Every one of us, unconsciously, works out a personal philosophy of life, by which we are guided, inspired, and corrected, as time goes on. It is this philosophy by which we measure out our days, and by which we advertise to all about us the man, or woman, that we are. . . . It takes but a brief time to scent the life philosophy of anyone. It is defined in the conversation, in the look of the eye, and in the general mien of the person. It has no hiding place. It's like the perfume of the flower ? unseen, but known almost instantly. It is the possession of the successful, and the happy. And it can be greatly embellished by the absorption of ideas and experiences of the useful of this earth." George Matthew Adams

"Failure seems to be regarded as the one unpardonable crime, success as the all-redeeming virtue, the acquisition of wealth as the single worthy aim of life. The hair-raising revelations of skullduggery and grand-scale thievery merely incite others to surpass by yet bolder outrages and more corrupt combinations." Charles Francis Adams II

"Few men have the natural strength to honour a friend's success without envy." Aeschylus

Successful People Who Failed At First

Not everyone who's on top today got there with success after success. More often than not, those who history best remembers were faced with numerous obstacles that forced them to work harder and show more determination than others. Next time you're feeling down about your failures in college or in a career, keep these fifty famous people in mind and remind yourself that sometimes failure is just the first step towards success.

Albert Einstein: Most of us take Einstein's name as synonymous with genius, but he didn't always show such promise. Einstein did not speak until he was four and did not read until he was seven, causing his teachers and parents to think he was mentally handicapped, slow and anti-social. Eventually, he was expelled from school and was refused admittance to the Zurich Polytechnic School. It might have taken him a bit longer, but most people would agree that he caught on pretty well in the end, winning the Nobel Prize and changing the face of modern physics.

Oprah Winfrey: Most people know Oprah as one of the most iconic faces on TV as well as one of the richest and most successful women in the world. Oprah faced a hard road to get to that position, however, enduring a rough and often abusive childhood as well as numerous career setbacks including being fired from her job as a television reporter because she was "unfit for tv."

Marilyn Monroe: While Monroe's star burned out early, she did have a period of great success in her life. Despite a rough upbringing and being told by modeling agents that she should instead consider being a secretary, Monroe became a pin-up, model and actress that still strikes a chord with people today.

Ludwig van Beethoven: In his formative years, young Beethoven was incredibly awkward on the violin and was often so busy working on his own compositions that he neglected to practice. Despite his love of composing, his teachers felt he was hopeless at it and would never succeed with the violin or in composing. Beethoven kept plugging along, however, and composed some of the best-loved symphonies of all time–five of them while he was completely deaf.

How To be successful?
I am a girl who wishes to be better than who I am right now, I want to develop skills and myself.
I decided to share my dream with millions of other people. It is something that everyone would want to reach. Nothing comes easily, to achieve something you need to sacrifice and devote your time to reach your goals, and to be successful you need to be honest.
When someone wants to be successful he must never give up even if he fails.
I will show every one how to be successful, because I believe it has a good impact on us, and it is not hard to be successful when you decide to work hard for it.
